GCM warrants that all products that are manufactured according to a valid purchase order will be conformant to that purchase order and the details therein. This includes materials compliance.
All orders are shipped by the fastest and most appropriate carrier, up to the shipping choice you make in the cart. This can include Canada Post, USPS, DHL, UPS, and courier services. All custom orders are shipped by preferred service determined at the time of order and will be outlined by e-mail.
The usual time from order to delivery varies from 6 days to 4 weeks depending on location. We WILL NOT SHIP TO MEXICO.
Most of the USA deliveries take around 5 days. GCM ships to Military addresses, Italy, but estimated delivery times are not available in those regions. Express shipping USA can be as low as 1 day up to about 3 days.
GCM does NOT collect or PAY for any customs or import fees for any items purchased from this store. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay customs or import fees from your country.
All of our packages are shipped by weight, and this determines the type of shipping service we are able to use. Orders outside North America do not include tracking unless shipped with Express service. Regular shipping may not include tracking.
