SHIPPING:

GCM has a shipping calculator in the shopping cart, and can be seen as items are added to the cart. This will allow each order to be shipped with the appropriate shipping amount, usually between $6.00 and $15.00 on average. Any larger orders around $400 should contact GCM for shipping discounts where possible. All custom orders will recieve a shipping quote on the custom work order recieved by e-mail.

All order and shipping confirmations will be sent to your PAYMENT address, example: Paypal. All your order-related mailings will go there.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post when using the automated shopping cart here. All custom orders are shipped by preferred service determined at the time of order and will be outlined by e-mail. The usual time from order to delivery varies from 6 days to 3 weeks depending on location, and trustworthy estimates are included on each Order Confirmation e-mail. GCM ships to Military addresses, Italy, and Russia but estimated delivery times are not available in those regions.

Most of the USA deliveries take around 2 weeks. All of our packages are shipped by weight, and this determines the type of shipping service we are able to use. If you require tracking for your order OUTSIDE Canada, please send a note in your order 'comments box' indicating you wish to have tracking on your package. This service costs an additional $20 in most cases and we will send you a separate invoice for the tracking service. Most orders do not include tracking on the standard shipping service offered in the shopping cart.
